Hello Glenn,I just wanted to let you know that Tiffany (Saunders) and Brian were very professional and knowledgeable. It was nice to receive a phone call from Tiffany about upgrade because we were unhappy with ADT's annual price increases year after year, and would have just kept it anyway.
Tiffany called us and was very thorough and extremely professional. We felt very comfortable with her. She was prompt, and very responsive. When she showed up to our home the contract and paperwork, she was so professional. She is an excellent representation for your company, and I look forward to renewing our contract with her again in 3 years. We were impressed with her. We will definitely be sending you guys referrals.
I really like the fact that KC Security actually call clients at the end of contract to offer new and improved services. That is such a nice touch. One less stress for us to shop around on our own. Please keep that up!Brian, was courteous, professional, and knew exactly what to do. We noticed that he had notes from the last installer from 3 years ago. We did not have to explain anything to him. That was such a nice touch to have our file so well-documented. We were impressed with him. He also showed up with everything that was promised to us.Overall, KC security is top-notched.
We were so impressed that Tiffany and Brian even had notes in our file about our allergy concerns, and both offered to remove their shoes before we could even ask. That was impressive!
We are really happy with the service provided by both. We are also impressed that KC security takes the time to properly document our file, follow up with us 3 years later, and send professional and experienced people to our home.
